3- HEEPF Experts participated with Strategic planning unit (SPU) in the joint OECD-World Bank mission visited Egypt in October 2008 (19th -30th). The Ultimate goal of the mission was to review a country background report on Higher Education in Egypt that was developed by the SPU at the Ministry of Higher Education.

6-Recently, HEEPF Experts preparing in setting suggestions related to the perspective of the HEEP Phase II 2007-2012.
